West Union – Ruby Webb Owens “Nanny”, 91, widow of the late William Lex Owens, 206 Old Station Road, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Seneca Health and Rehab. A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Monday, April 2, 2018 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Monte Vista Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home of the granddaughter, Joan Carver, 128 Country Acres Road, Walhalla, SC 29691. Flowers are accepted.
