ROGER JOHNSON  

Seneca – Roger Perry Johnson, 71, passed away on Monday, October 24^th, 2022, at Prisma Health – Greenville Memorial Hospital.

 

Born in Oconee County, South Carolina, Roger was the son of the late Albert Johnson and Frances Sanders Johnson.  Roger retired from LaFrance Industries and was of the Baptist Faith. Roger was an avid sports fan who enjoyed fishing and his greatest joy was his kids and grandkids.

 

Roger is survived by sons, Kevin Johnson (Jessica Herndon), Mark Johnson (Jennifer Mitchell); daughters, Aleca Johnson-Queen (Jacob), Jessica Johnson-Haning (Doug); brother, Alan Johnson (Ruby); and grandchildren, Jackson Queen, Elijah Queen, Ashley Cole (Michael), and Matthew Heath.

 

The family will receive friends and family, Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Sandifer Funeral Home.  No formal service will be held.
