Westminster- William “Roger” Butts, 65, passed away at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held 3 pm, Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 1 – 2:30 pm, prior to the service. The family is at the home of David & Debbie York, 768 Unity Church Road, Westminster, SC 29693.
