Robber pointed gun at convenience store clerk

A robber, with his face covered by a mask, pointed a gun at the Key Mart store clerk Friday night and got away with money—the amount not disclosed by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office.  The robber left the store clerk with her hands tied around her back.  The holdup occurred just after 8 o’clock Friday night at the highway 130 convenience store that adjoins Keowee Key property. Just moments before the robber pointed a handgun at the clerk; he brought a soft drink to the counter.  Investigators belief the robber is a white male, around 6’.  His getaway vehicle was believed to have been a white 2004-2008 extended cab Ford F-150 with a chrome tool box on the back.   There was a noticeable different door with gold trim on the passenger side.  Crimestoppers at 1/888-CRIME-SC is accepting tips to help solve the armed robbery.  For the right information, there’s the potential for a cash reward.
