Reward available to find missing man

A car driven by a man who remains missing was found, along with the man’s belongings. But Kendall Todd Hawkins, a 47-year old white male, remains unaccounted for since he went missing December 12. His family is worried. Hawkins’ daughter, Amber, says her father has medical conditions that require medications. He is 5’10”, brown eyes, salt and pepper hair.
