Returning to the scouts’ board of directors

A dean at the Tri-County Technical College, Jackie Blakley, will return to a seat on the board of directors of the Girl Scouts of South Carolina — Mountain to Midlands.  The board is welcoming three others as new members, as well as Camden resident Frances Griggs’ selection as board chairperson.
