Retired law enforcement officers at annual luncheon

More than 80 people turned out today for Oconee’s 6th Annual Retired Law Enforcement Luncheon. In remarks prepared for the gathering, Sheriff Mike Crenshaw said officers may retire, but they are still part of what he called “the greatest fraternity the world has ever known.” He said, “Law enforcement is not just a job, it becomes part of who you are as an individual.”
