Westminster, SC —Raymond Douglas Singleton, 76, of 1243 Singleton Road, Westminster passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Seneca Health and Rehab. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:30 PM, Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Poplar Springs Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to Poplar Springs Baptist Church, P.O. Box 458, Walhalla, SC, 29691. The family will be at their respective homes.
