Ralph Woodall

Westminster – Ralph Ernest Woodall, 85, husband of the late Margaret Elizabeth Keasler Woodall, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, March 7th, 2022, at the Cottingham Hospice House.

Born in Walhalla, South Carolina, he was the son of Gordon Woodall and Nora Bell Swafford Woodall. Mr. Woodall was retired from Dunlop with 40 years of service and later retired from Sandifer Funeral Home with 30 years of service. Ralph was a United States Army Veteran, a faithful member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, where he was a co-leader of the Senior Citizen Group, a former deacon, a former training union director, member of the brotherhood, served on the finance committee, member of the choir, served on the building committee for the parsonage in 1962-1963, served on the committee to secure the loan for the parsonage, helped with the pathfinders club, and served as a door greeter for many years at the church, and was known for cutting the grass in the cemetery. Ralph was a member of the Westminster Masonic Lodge and his greatest passion was his family.

Ralph is survived by his son, Tim Woodall, and wife Renee of Westminster; sister, Bonnie Foster of Anderson; two grandchildren, Cody Woodall (Tishyda) and McKenzie Woodall; and two great-grandchildren, Addisyn and Harmony, who he loved very dearly.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm, Thursday, March 10, 2022, at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service, Thursday, March 10th, 2022 from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm at Sandifer Funeral Home.
