Quiet re-opening to the county offices

A few minutes after Oconee government offices re-opened, the county administrative complex took on the look of a quiet place.  Until the individual offices get the go ahead from the county’s IT staff, the county workers have been told not to turn on their computers.  This, as the investigation of the malware incident remains an active investigation.  Short of that, the offices are open and the workers will try to transact what business they can for the public, even though the conduct of 21st century is largely computer-dependent.
