Queen of beauty to arrive in West Union

The West Union Town Council will meet Chloe Smith, Teen Miss Clemson, during town council’s March meeting at 5:30 tomorrow evening at town hall.  Chloe is scheduled to make a presentation regarding the installation of blessing box.
