Power back after transmission outage

A transmission outage took out power temporarily today for customers apparently in a wide area of eastern Oconee between Seneca and Clemson.  Power to affected Blue Ridge customers was restored around 6:15 this morning.  Blue Ridge’s Terry Ballenger said info received by Blue Ridge dispatchers during the stormy night  indicated the trouble involved a Duke transmission line.  That left two Blue Ridge substations off line–both Newry and Corinth stations.
