Potential legal action to be discussed by county fathers

An Oconee County decision turning down a zoning exception that would have allowed for a group residential home near West Union apparently is back in the laps of the county fathers.  The county council will reserve part of their closed session tomorrow night for legal advice and discussion of “potential litigation regarding Elevated Youth Services.”  Strong public resistance led county officials this year to turn down a special exception for a facility for “sexually problematic” youngsters in a house near the Burns Mill Road.
