Plain rain tomorrow, then it gets interesting

The timing for our winter weather remains the same, as the forecast calls for one-half inch of plain rain tomorrow, changing to snow late Saturday night, changing to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain late Sunday afternoon. Decent accumulations are predicted along and north of I-85, with 1-2 inches near Clemson, and 6-10 inches in the northeast corner of Cherokee County where 85 crosses into North Carolina. Ice accumulation late Sunday is to be 0.10 and 0.25 inches from Greenville to Rock Hill.
