Pickens man arrested in Walhalla

The police in Walhalla report the arrest early Wednesday of a 31-year old Pickens man.  Law enforcement records show Quincy Dethrone Jordan charged with firearm possession and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.  Police officers attested in affidavits to the arrest warrants that Jordan on June 29 possessed six bags containing marijuana “prepackaged for distribution”, as well as “knowingly, willingly, and without the authority to do so” a 9 millimeter Taurus pistol.
