Permit requested for July 4 event

Westminster City Council will meet in special session Monday to consider granting a special permit for an Independence Day event.  Seeking the permit is Mary E. Smith of Down on Main Italian Bistro for “Independence Celebration on Main”, featuring a DJ and seven bands, from 11 to 11 Thursday, July 4.
