Peggy Bayliss

Westminster – Peggy Ruth Smith Bayliss, 81, wife of David Arthur Bayliss, of 198 Trout Farm Road, passed away Thursday, October 28^th,2021 at her residence.

 

Born in Toccoa, Georgia, Peggy was the daughter of the late Grover Clyde Smith and Mary Netherland Smith. Peggy worked at IBEW as an App Electrician and was of the Baptist Faith.     

 

Peggy is survived by her husband, David Arthur Bayliss, and sons, Alan Bayliss of Westminster and Brian Bayliss of Clayton, Georgia; a daughter, Michelle Olbon (Larry) of Oakway; four grandchildren, Brianna Lynch (Benji), Amber Olbon, Hayley Olbon Grant (Jake), Hannah Olbon; and two great-grandchildren, Bella Lynch and Beckham Lynch.

 

At Peggy’s request, a memorial service will be held in the spring.
