Pearl “Tinker” Tate

West Union- Pearl “Tinker” Alicia Morales Tate, 58, passed away Tuesday, February 8^th, 2022 at her residence.

 

Born in Spring Valley, New York, Pearl was the daughter of the late Rigoberto Vila Morales and Pearl Ann Morse Gardner and was raised by Frank Gardner.  Pearl formerly worked in the restaurant industry.

 

Pearl is survived by a fiancé, Ed Holcombe of 17 years; son, Michael Tate and his wife Angela; daughter, Amanda Tate; brothers, Geno Chretizberg, Franko Gardner, John Gardner, and Clifford O’Dell; sisters, Brenda McAlister and Barbara Madden; two grandchildren, Kaydens Hornick and Isaiah Farmer; and one great-grandchild, Elizabeth Shyann Johnson.

 

A Celebration Of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, February 14^th, 2022 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 9:00 am – 10:45 am at Sandifer Funeral Home prior to the service.
