Peaceful protest held in Seneca

Another protest has taken place in Seneca.  This one was last night and, according to one police estimate, between 40 and 50 people took part.  Like the others since they started a week ago, last evening’s protest was peaceful.  The focus on potential change will center tonight at a community center in the Perry Hill neighborhood of Seneca, where a group of Seneca High alumni will hold a Black Lives Matter discussion that’s to include a protest and dialogue featuring law enforcement, education, and faith representatives.  The event will be at 6 tonight at the Blue Ridge Community Center on Holland Avenue.  Social distancing and masks are required.  Doors will open at 5:45; seating limited.
