PATRICIA CONWAY

Stone Mountain, Georgia – Patricia Carmichael Conway, 87, wife of the late Bobby “Bob” Joe Conway, passed away on Tuesday, June 20^th, 2023, at Northside Hospital Gwinnett.

 

Patricia was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was the daughter of the late Eugene Carmichael and Nancy Ruth Clark Jerrell.  Patricia worked in the accounting department of Smith-Kline Laboratories and had a great passion for gardening and loved her church and her friends. Patricia was a member of Mountain Park 1^st Baptist Church.

 

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Connie Conway Miles and her husband Julian; four grandchildren, Jeremy Miles, Laura Cleghorn, Jacob Miles, and Chad McDaniel; and four great-grandchildren, Austin Cleghorn, Parker Miles, Audrey Cleghorn, and Skylar Rae McDaniel.

 

In addition to her parents, and husband Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Conway Toney; brother, Mitchell Jerrell, and sister, Sue Rutherford.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 am, Thursday, June 29^th, 2023 at Mountain Park 1^st Baptist Church.

 

The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patricia’s memory may be made to Mountain Park 1^st Baptist Church, 5485 Five Forks Tickum Road, Stone Mountain, GA, 30087. Condolences may be expressed online by visiting.
