Oconeean charged in theft at plastics business

A 50-year old Oconee County man has been arrested and charged in an investigation of stolen materials at a plastics business near Halfway Branch. Law enforcement records on Friday showed Steven Vancelle Lunceford of the Bruce Road near Westminster charged with grand larceny in the theft of rolls of membrane plastic valued at $12 thousand belonging to Carolina Plastics.
