Oconeeans to give direct help to Mayfield, Kentucky
Oconee County resident Marcus Hedden is sure that there are a number of Oconeeans who are trying to help those in Kentucky whose lives became chaotic in Friday night’s tornadoes. Mr. Hedden and his wife, Lisa, have a donated trailer backed up to their carport on the Burnt Tanyard Road and have made it available to drop off essential items for the tornado victims. For a list of items Mayfield residents can use, you can call the Heddens at 864-247-8535. The Heddens plan to haul the trailer to that Kentucky city.
