Oconee to solicit input for its comprehensive plan

Oconee County Planning Commission invites the public to take part in any one or all of five meetings to give input to the county comprehensive plan. The plan is a guidepost for the county’s immediate future, and everyone is invited to have a say. Meetings will take place this month and next month in each of the county’s five voting districts, with the first meeting to be 4 to 6 o’clock Wednesday, April 10 in the Oconee County Council Chambers at Walhalla. Other meetings will be April 24 at the Seneca Library; May 2 at Keowee Elementary School; May 14 at the Long Creek Fire Station; and May 22 at Ravenel Elementary School.
