Oconee committed to a 123 corridor plan

It may take a “village” to reduce congestion on the 123 corridor between Seneca and Clemson, but county government is committed to a plan. And the public has a role to play in the process aimed at a safer, less congested four-lane highway. Chairman Frankie Pearson of the Oconee Planning Commission and county planner Adam Chapman are hoping the general public will turn out next month for a couple of public meetings and two days of drop-ins at the county planning office in Walhalla. On 101.7/WGOG NEWS today, Chapman is announcing the schedule for those events.
