Oconee again proves it’s a fishing capital

Two fishing tournaments this past weekend on Lake Keowee add to Oconee County’s growing reputation as a fishing mecca.  Ken Sloan, director of the Mountain Lakes CVB, says both tourneys were successful.  Not only in the numbers of anglers, but the boost those visitors give to the local economy.  This past weekend’s tournaments are going to be following by another tournament this weekend.
