Nine case docket in the works

The office of the 10th Circuit Solicitor is prepared for a new term of Oconee General Sessions Court with a trial docket containing nine cases. Court week will be Monday thru Friday, November 18-22, with Judge Lawton McIntosh presiding. The prosecutors are focusing on cases involving a variety of alleged offenses—including carjacking armed robbery, drugs, and the ill treatment of animals. Topping the docket are charges of carjacking, armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime against a North Carolina resident, Luisito Bonilla Rodriguez. He was arrested in December 2016 after a carjacking was reported in Westminster.
