Night time traffic stop snares accused burglar

A traffic stop around 1:45 in the morning yesterday by an Oconee deputy at Townville turned up a 32-year old man, for whom there were outstanding arrest warrants, including one that he allegedly burglarized a home last June near Seneca. According to the sheriff’s office, Jeremiah Keith Youngblood was taken into custody after a patrol deputy stopped Youngblood’s vehicle on the Pine Grove Road for a traffic violation and an incorrectly displayed tag.  A female passenger in the vehicle was released at the scene.  In a statement released by the sheriff’s office, 34-year old Timothy Corey Lear of Westminster was listed as a co-defendant in the home burglary case.  In that crime, the victims lost a guitar and a number of firearms.
