New restaurants come to the fore in Seneca

The property owners at two locations in downtown Seneca are in hopes of coming out of City Hall hearings tonight with certificates to green-light their plans. At 6 o’clock, the Board of Architectural Review will start hearings for a pizza restaurant at 403 E. Main Street and for what’s touted to be a new Mayberry’s restaurant at 123 N. Townville Street. At issue will be board determinations of whether the design plans are deserving certificates of appropriateness.
