New looks approved inside Seneca home district

A set of builder’s plans to replace a Seneca home destroyed by the April 13 tornado received approval last night by the city’s Board of Architectural Review.  The board acted on Pelfrey Builders application to build a new home at 411 S. Townville on property owned by Rhonda Hartman and Geraldine Bryant.  In a separate vote, the board approved a certificate of appropriateness for the homeowners at 110 WS 2nd Street to dismantle a carport and replace it with a detached garage
