Nancy Lee Baker Rogers

Walhalla, SC — Nancy Lee Baker Rogers, 71, wife of the late Edward Sevier Rogers, of 698 Pickett Post Road, Walhalla, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020, at Cottingham Hospice House.

A native of Portland, Maine, Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late James Frank and Ruth Baker. She loved her family more than life itself and loved singing. Mrs. Rogers was of the Christian faith.

Mrs. Rogers is survived by her daughters: Debbie Rhines (Taylor) of Walhalla, Sherry Lyon (Fred) of Walhalla, Terrie Nicholson (Barry) of West Union and Jennie Carver (Jamie) of Walhalla; brothers: Daryl Baker (Yolanda) of Florida and Ray Baker of Alabama; sisters: Donna Moore of Georgia, Gail McGuire of Florida and Bonnie Baker of Alabama; eleven grandchildren: Robby Moss (Kelcey), Danielle Moss (Zack), Donnie Nicholson (Nikki), Michael Nicholson (Sarah), Kaitlyn Carver (Tyler), Erika Lyon (Adam), Josh Lyon, Zuri Bug, Christopher Lyon, Amber Lyon and Kaileena Rhines; and nine great-grandchildren: Jaedyn Burton, Averie Mize, Kaylie Mize, Jacob Medlin, Jason Medlin, Khloe Medlin, Ayla Nicholson, Hunter Lyon and Keyleigh Gibson.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her brother: James Baker, Jr.; and sisters: Phyllis Strickland and Maureen Smith.

All services will be private.
