Motor vehicle accident trial enters day two

A tearful West Union woman told a jury this morning of the pain and inconvenience she had from the foot injury that required surgery following a traffic accident four years ago. Trina Adams and her husband, Steven, are in the Oconee Commons Pleas Court pressing their case for damages for loss of consortium. Trina Adams, a Blue Ridge Electric Co-Op employee, was hurt in an accident in Seneca. The Adams’ lawsuit named Ted Bragg defendant and alleged that he failed to yield the right of way while attempting a left turn and collided with the driver’s side of Trina Adams’ vehicle causing her vehicle to sideswipe a row of mailboxes.
