“More aggressive action” to be considered

Because of continual detections of COVID-19 of Seneca High students, school officials starting today are going to talk about the possibility of further aggressive action to combat the virus spread.  Dr. Michael Thorsland, district superintendent, made the announcement last night as he told the county trustees that around 100 Seneca High students are now under quarantine, and there’s much that parents can do to help ensure that those students are not possibly exposing themselves to others in the community while they are temporarily assigned to distance learning.  Notwithstanding the situation with the high school serving the county’s largest city, Thorsland cautions that, overall, most of the county’s schools are seeing few, if any, cases.
