Missing Seneca man found safe

The Oconee Sheriff’s Office announces a missing 57-year old man was found today in the city of Seneca.  James Roach is OK, and has been returned to the Tribble Activity Center.  At the time he was found, Roach was pulling his red wagon on a Seneca street.
