Missing food truck

One Westminster resident says as many as 100 vehicles had lined up for that free food giveaway today in the city, but the truck that was supposed to deliver the boxes of food was nowhere to be found.  Mayor Ramey says the First Steps director  has diligently tried to find out what happened, but no one seems to know where the truck is, nor where the driver is.
