Mildred Butts
Walhalla- Mildred Browning Butts, 87, wife of Dwight Butts, passed away December 7, 2020, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pickens County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Dora Lee Browning. Mildred was a retired seamstress who worked at the Anda Ka Garment Plant and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church.
Mildred is survived by her husband, Dwight Butts of ________ years; daughters, Julie Gibson and husband Michael of Tamassee, Teresa Butts of West Union; sister, Lucille Vissage of Mt. Rest; and two grandchildren, Austin Gibson and Brandon Gibson
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Dicky Browning and Lloyd Browning; sisters, Eva Browning, Ona Robins, Pauline Mueller, and Thelma Wald.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 9thth, at Heritage Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 prior to the service at Heritage Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.
The family is at their respective homes.
