Meeting of the minds on the 123 Corridor project

Some of the highest minds in Oconee government are going to assemble this fall to talk about the extent to which the county needs to make changes on the 123 highway between Seneca and Clemson.  Adam Chapman, county planner, last night announced an October 1 meeting involving the planning commission and the county council.  As commercial growth pushes west from Clemson across the Seneca River into Oconee County, traffic is increasing to the point that there are calls for changes to make the traffic flow safer and thin out the volume.
