Medical transport for wreck victim

A car, a van and a pickup truck collided early yesterday afternoon near Seneca. The accident resulted in the temporary shut down of South Carolina 59 near the city limit and the air flight transport of one of the drivers. State troopers say 60-year old Seneca resident Gary L. Alexander required a helicopter flight to be treated for injuries. Troopers say the accident involved a van that collided with a stopped car attempting a turn. According to Lance Corporal Gary Miller, the impact caused the car and Alexander’s pickup to collide head-on. Troopers identified the other drivers as Charles Aaron Snelgrove of Iva, driver of the van; and Erica Lee Foster of Seneca, driver of the car.
