May saw normal rainfall in May

After the deluge of rainfall in the Golden Corner in recent months, the level of rain returned to practically a normal amount in May.  Walhalla’s official weather watcher Barbara Wilson measured 5.26″ during May and that, she says, is just about normal for that 31-day month.  Walhalla’s high temperature of 89 degrees was recorded on May 25; the low temperature was 35 degrees and it was recorded on two days, the 7th and the 10th of May.
