Master plan for major entry way to Seneca

Final touches are being placed on a master plan for a Seneca streetscape and road improvements. And that plan is now expected to reach the hands of the mayor and council during their work session at the end of the month. Scott Moulder says an outside company was tasked with coming up a plan for a streetscape from the EN 1st street rock monument, thru the downtown, ending with the WN 1st angle junction with N. 2nd Street. Not part of the master plan is the busy East End intersection, where EN 1st, 123, and Rochester Highway all come together. But Scott Moulder, city administrator, quotes State Senator Thomas Alexander as saying the DOT is looking at improvements to the intersection where some people believe will only get busier once a QT gas and store builds there.
