Mary Holbrooks

Westminster – Mary Frances Fulbright Holbrooks, 77, passed away on Tuesday, April 2^nd, 2024, at Seneca Health and Rehab surrounded by her loving family.

 

Born January 13^th, 1947, in Oconee County, South Carolina, Mary was the daughter of the late Benjamin Howard and Rozetta Stone Fulbright. Mary retired from Jantzen where she worked for 30 plus years as an inspector. She was a member of Souls Harbor Baptist Church for 40 plus years.

 

Mary is survived by her sons, Steve Holbrooks (Sheree), Rick Holbrooks; daughters, Carolyn Branyon (Dean), Catherine Whiten; brother, Dennis Fulbright; sister, Rita Holbrooks; grandchildren, Kevin Freeman, Heather Head, Coleman Branyon, Sam Freeman, Adam Freeman, Candace Cobb, Dera Holbrooks, Drew Holbrooks, Owen Zane Holbrooks; 13 great grandchildren; and her caretaker, Dakotah O’Kelley. 

 

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her brothers, Dewey Fulbright, Bobby Fulbright Sr., Willie Hugh Fulbright; sister, Bonnie Gibson; grandson, Trapper Freeman; and the father of her children, Charles Holbrooks.

 

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 6^th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 5^th, 2024 at Sandifer Funeral Home.
