Martha White

Westminster-Martha Crawford White, 76, wife of the late James Melvin White, passed away Friday, August 4^th, 2023 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. 

 

Born January 23^rd, 1947, in Royston, Georgia, Martha was the daughter of the late Hoke Crawford and Maude Pullium Crawford. Martha was retired from Torrington, as assembly worker, a member of the Westminster Chapter of the Eastern Star and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

 

Martha is survived by her daughters, Lydia White Gregg of Seneca, Melanie White Ridley of Westminster; a sister, Dottie Payne of Hartwell, GA; three grandchildren, Brandi Chrisley, Matthew Chrisley, and Jordan Ridley; and eight great grandchildren.

 

In addition to her husband and parents, Martha is preceded in death by her sister, Nan Herron.

 

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, August 7^th, 2023 at Heritage Memorial Gardens.
