Martha Moore

Salem, SC— Martha Jean Dodd Moore, 67, wife of Billy Littleton, of 320 Littleton Drive, Salem, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at her home.

 

A native of West Union, SC, Mrs. Moore was the daughter of the late Eugene Brock Dodd and Sarah Jane Bryson Dodd. She was the owner of Martha’s Market Place Café and lifetime member of DAVA and the October Fest Committee. Mrs. Moore attended Golden Corner Church.

 

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Moore is survived by her sons: Keevin Moore (Kay) of Walhalla, SC and Sheldon Moore of West Union, SC; step-daughter: Leslie Littleton
of Salem, SC; brother: Jim Dodd (Mary Jo) of Franklin, NC; sisters: Annette Johnson of West Union, SC, Audrey D. Evans (Russell) of Walhalla, SC, Helen D. Best of Mechanicsville, MD and Karen Pelfrey (Danny) of West Union, SC; three grandchildren: Ashley Faltermeier (Blayne), Eric Moore and Anna Lewis; one great-grandson: Rhett Faltermeier and several nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her step-son: Charles Littleton; sisters: Brenda Pinyan and Alice Dodd; brother-in-law: Rich Best; and nephew: Brock Baggett.

 

The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 2:00 PM, Friday, July 27, 2018, prior to the service, at Golden Corner Church.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 27, 2018, at Golden Corner Church with private burial to follow at Corbin Cemetery.
