Map depicts new commercial customers

Horton manufacturing and the new Hamilton career center are examples of new Oconee County construction whose wastewaters will flow into the collection system of the county’s treatment plant at Seneca. But there are other commercial projects in the early stages for which the Joint Regional Sewer Authority will accept. One example is The Townes at Oakmont, a large townhouse project for which property has been graded on 123 at Seneca, near the Lindsay Road traffic signals. Another is the future move of Lake Keowee Ford from the By-Pass east on the Seneca-Clemson corridor in the vicinity of Lake Keowee Dodge.
