Man’s attempt at public art ends with his arrest

The police have stopped a Westminster man’s attempt at public art.  Jacob Walker Wilson was arrested yesterday by the city police and charged with four cases of “vandalism/illegal graffiti.”  Chief Rory Jones says that in the month of January, 29-year old Wilson is accused of painting public walls and concrete railroad underpasses, without permission of the owners. Jones says the arrest was made yesterday after police executed a search warrant at Jones’ home on Isundega Street.
