Man allegedly held box cutter to woman’s throat

A judge issued a warrant charging a Westminster area man with domestic violence first degree and possession of a weapon during a violent crime March 2 near Seneca.  The warrants allege that Damon Franklin Driver, 23 years old, held a box cutter to the throat of a woman, held a pillow over her face, and choked her at a Wells Highway address.  Driver was arrested by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office and jailed yesterday at the Oconee Detention Center.
