Lottery ticket crimes alleged at Seneca

Two Seneca store employees are under arrest and alleged to have committed lottery crimes at their place of work.  Law enforcement records show the charges against Amy L. Blakely and Shannon Renee Campbell are breach of trust with fraudulent intent and attempt to influence the lottery by coercion, tampering, and deception.  Warrants signed by Seneca investigator Terramano allege Blakely and Campbell  between September 9 and September 12 defrauded the SC State Lottery by falsely processing lottery tickets belonging to High Volume and fraudulently obtained the tickets for the purpose of winning prizes.
