Lonnie Ray Mize

Easley, SC– Lonnie Ray Mize, 83, husband of Vivian Albertson Mize, of 102 Elmwood St., Easley passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021, at his residence.

 

A native of Oconee County, Mr. Mize was the son of the late Lonnie C. Mize and Floyce Harrison Mize. He was retired from J.P. Stevens and was a paint contractor for Mize Painting. Mr. Mize was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church and of the Christian faith.

 

In addition to his wife, Mr. Mize is survived by his daughters: Theresa Deal (Rodney) of Westminster, Pam McDonald (Rusty) of Seneca, and Tara Propes (Scott) of Easley; sister: Mickey Chappell of Seneca; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Mize was preceded in death by a grandchild, three brothers, and two sisters.

 

Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Oconee Memorial Park.
