Lois Rackley

Walhalla – Lois Addie O’Bryant Rackley, 70, wife of the late Doyle Grayson Rackley, passed away July 21^st, 2020 at her residence.

 

Born in Oconee, SC, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Essie Snyder O’Bryant. Lois was retired from JP Stevens and of the Church of God faith.

 

Lois is survived by her daughter; Marie Turpin (Richie “Dino”); sisters, Edna Hall, Ruth Ray, Viola Eddleman, Ella Eddleman, Genell O’Bryant; seven grandchildren, Taylor Rackley, Brandy Chapman (Cody), Kristen Turpin, Gracie Turpin, Isaac Turpin, Kaden Rowland and Cory Lance.

 

In addition to her parents, and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Timothy Doyle Rackley; brothers, Thad “Bud” O’Bryant, Bill O’Bryant, John O’Bryant, Leroy O’Bryant, Emory O’Bryant Jr, and a sister, Nellie Sightler.

 

Funeral services will be held 11 am, Saturday, July 25^th, 2020 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10 -11 am, Saturday, July 25^th, 2020 prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
