Lining up for COVID-19 tests

Once again, vehicles are wrapped around an Oconee County test event location.  A day-long testing event for COVID-19 is underway at Seneca’s Blue Ridge elementary School.  And from what we are told from people on the scene, patience is a good virtue to have for the wait.
