Linda Mize
Westminster – Linda Beth Black Mize, 83, wife of the late Clarence Preston Mize, Jr., of the Earle’s Grove community, passed away on Monday, February 6th, 2023 at Cottingham Hospice of the Foothills in Seneca, SC.
Linda was the daughter of the late Eugene and Thelma Graham Black. She was a life-long member of Earle’s Grove Baptist Church and a hairdresser in the Earle’s Grove community for over 50 years.
Linda is survived by her sons, Don Mize (Pamela), Tim Mize (Carmen); grandchildren, Aaron Mize (Angie), Jarrett Mize (Niki), Bennett Mize; and great-grandchildren, Addyson Mize and Jaxton Mize.
In addition to her husband and parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers; Virginia Stone, Opal Franks, Helen Joyce Black, Forrest Black, Lane Black and Harry Black.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Earle’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, prior to the service, at Sandifer Funeral Home.
